Camp to Hall
As a PO, I want to be able to send a
client from a camp to a hall so that a court order is satisfied
Assumptions:
- The client has been selected
- The client's movement must be to the user's work location
From any screen, click the Detention module, hover over Mass Operations, and click Schedule/Recvd Movement
This will take you to the Schedule/Received Movement Information screen
Select the "Departure Date" and "Time" (Must be in the future)
Click the Finder Icon next to the first "Client No." to search for the client
Enter in the desired client's name and click Search
Enter in the desired client's name and click Search
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Validate
Select the correct location for the 2 columns and select a reason
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save
The client is now scheduled to be moved to the selected camp at the selected time
